you were the best Grandad in the world, however you weren't just my Grandad you were my dad,

since the day I was born you were the only father figure I ever had and every moment of my life you were there, when I was sad you comforted me, when I fell you picked me up, your strength wisdom and kind heartedness taught me right from wrong.

when I got the call about you been ill in hospital and I couldn't get there I can never forgive myself for this I'm sorry, when the time came a part of me has gone forever but I know you are with Nanna now, all I have is memories and the smile you always gave even through the hard times you smiled, I'm lost without you, but heaven has gained an amazing angel.
